* Do you feel like you are shortchanging both your professional relationships AND your personal relationships because of everything you have to do?

If you answered yes to any of these - this workshop is for YOU!

Business Expert Kathy Hanson shares her real life tips and tricks for dealing with the constant buzz of our devices 24/7.

Her clients and audiences instantly feel relief and compassion the moment Kathy opens her mouth to share her stories about how to figure this stuff out.

This is a fun interactive 90-minute workshop. Kathy will take questions throughout her presentation so you are sure to walk away with practical, real life strategies and insights that work for YOU! Kathy has a proprietary and easy way to ask confidential questions as well, so you can get your tough questions answered immediately. If you have a specific question that you want Kathy to answer in her presentation, please feel free to add it to your RSVP ticket notes.

Phase 1 is all about managing your emails, texts, phone calls and work responsibilities at all hours of the day and night.

Phase 2 is all about managing your personal responsibilities- emails, texts, phone calls as well as social media during your busy days and evenings.

You can take Phase 1 and/or Phase 2. These two workshops deal with the stress of managing our phones at work and at home.

There is some overlap in the content yet the focus will be different.
