Empowerment Workshop for PMI: How to Take Control of Your Time, Energy, and Money

In today’s fast paced work environment we are connected to our devices 24/7 and often our clients, colleagues and bosses think that means we are available 24/7. It feels nearly impossible to tackle our To Do list and manage everything that is coming at us all day long. Ideally we would like to wake up and be proactive about how we choose to spend our time and energy, right? Yet we often spend all day putting out fires, answering emails and dealing with whatever is in front of us and at the end of the day we don’t feel we have accomplished much because we didn’t even touch our To Do list.

When we continually operate reactively every day, week after week it drains our energy, motivation and optimism, not to mention it’s not an effective way to run your life, your career or your business.

We feel purposeful and productive when we accomplish what we have set out to accomplish. When our goal is to be really effective at every task we do, we need to be proactive and efficient in managing our time and energy because it allows us the breathing room to deliver our best.

In this fun interactive workshop Kathy will teach you simple, practical ways to be more mindful and proactive about how you choose to spend your limited time and energy every day. The goal of this workshop is to help you gain the skills to take control of your schedule, feel better and be better in everything you do every day.
