Why it is so hard to stay focused on your end game

Seth's Blog: The number #1 reason to focus.

Seth is far more eloquent that I. His point resonates with me because I have several clients who are really working hard at defining their brand now that they are successful enough to get to the point where they have choices. Choices mean you have to consciously decide which way you want your business to go and grow. And it means you have to sit down and thoughtfully consider REALLY where you want your business to go. And you have to do that BEFORE you get so many projects and options in front of you that you spend all of your time reacting and negotiating and working, rather than taking your business in the exact direction YOU want it to go. My 2 minute video this week was about the myth that it's simple and easy to get anything do- sculpted abs, a profitable business. It's hard work and more than the physical work, it's mentally exhausting. My suggestion is that you sit down and really consider what you WANT to do and how you plan on doing that profitably. It may change, that is ok. But I don't want you working long hard hours simply reacting to orders or doing the same thing as last year because it worked. In order for you to have the business YOU want to work in and a business that works for you and keeps you passionate and engaged and proud. You must decide where you want it to go.
