How to get motivated to do what has to be done

It is really hard to be motivated to do things we don't want to do. While it seems rather obvious, sometimes it's actually pretty hard to figure out why we don't want to do certain things. Tasks feel mandatory. Chores feel essential. Bills must get paid. My 3 minute video this week gives you the secret to finding a NEVER ENDING supply of motivation for those seemingly dreadful tasks. I walk you through a simple exercise that will change your perspective to those tasks you don't want to do.

Lacking motivation is based on "why" you do not want to do something. No one is motivated to do what they don't want to do. Sounds logical, right?  Everyone has things they dread doing. Everyone has times in their lives when we feel overwhelmed with doing what it takes to just run a household, have a career, maybe also volunteer, travel, maybe kids, maybe aging parents, maybe a health problem. We all have times in our lives when we simply feel unmotivated to do the stuff we gotta get done.  I am here to help you find that motivation and feel good about doing those seemingly mandatory tasks.

Here is what you will figure out from my short video this week:

1. Why you don't want to do certain things.

2. Why you are not doing those things- even though they are "supposed" to get done.

3. Who or what is telling you or making you feel that these tasks are mandatory?

4. What to do about those inner voices and outside pressures that make you feel guilty when you don't do these tasks.

I give you a simple strategy that really works. It takes less than 3 minutes to watch my video and in that time, you will learn exactly how to get motivated to do what has to be done.

Better than getting motivated- I give you clarity and purpose about WHY you are doing those tasks so you never feel unmotivated again.

Make it a great week!
