What working parents can do to build a strong family

It is very tough to work full time and raise a family the way you wish it could be when you are all so busy. Little insignificant things seem to take over your schedule and your family quickly becomes disjointed and like ships passing in the night. My short video this week is about What working parents can do to build a strong family. It is so important to feel good about your family and how your household runs when you have so much on your mind. When we are distracted at work by problems or issues at home, we do not perform as well at work. When we do not feel successful about our home life we often let that feeling creep into our work mindset. I want to help you feel successful at home as well as at work so you can be proud of what you are building at home as well as at work.

It is hard enough to manage your own time when you work professionally, let alone coordinate with a partner to manage your children's schedule. In this video I give you a simple mindset- a philosophy that helps you to get your family together.  Building a strong team that can accomplish anything you set out to do together is a fantastic goal in this chaotic world. You need to support one another all the time and my strategy will help you make that happen.  My advice is simple and practical- so please watch the video!

  • Learn how to communicate better when everyone is so busy

  • Learn how to get everyone to pitch in

  • Learn how to build camaraderie within your family unit

  • Learn how to get everyone on board with your family goals

We all need to pitch in and help with running our household- whether you are the working parent or the teenager.  You can do this once you realize it's all about team work, mutual respect for everyone's roles and constant communication.

Make it a great week!
