Did you know most people feel more depressed after they have looked at social media? With our 24/7 access and connectivity to everyone, we naturally begin to compare what our life looks like relative to everyone else we see on social media. 

Wouldn't it be fantastic if we felt empowered every time we jumped off social media? Wouldn't it be great if we felt smarter and stronger from looking at other people's photos and posts? If more people would share the truth about how they got to that exact point where they are taking that gorgeous photo or posting that awesome humblebrag success story—we could all learn from each other. Sometimes we can feel "terminally unique" in our own circumstances, as if no one else could possibly be struggling with the same set of unfortunate circumstances.
