How to find more time in your day

Feeling like there is never enough time in your day? Overwhelmed with all you have to do every day/every week? Constantly interrupted or distracted from your important work?  This week, I tell you how to figure out exactly how to find more time in your day! I call this tool I developed for busy people The Diary of Truth because it's like a Food Journal and mostpeople don't want to do this exercise for some reason. Even after I tell them it's a fool proof way to see for yourself how you spend your time and that no one else gets to see your results- NO JUDGING! This advice is just for you to figure out how to find more time in your day so you can do more of what you want to do.

I developed a really easy exercise called a Time Diary and all you have to do is use it TWO DAYS and you will learn how to find more time in your day. I promise. I have testimonials from clients that call this exercise "life changing!".  I secretly call it the Diary of Truth because most people freak out when they see it. People really value their time. They really believe they are too busy or too overwhelmed to do the things they have set as priorities. I developed a way to see for yourself in black and white, how you over or underestimate things that you spend time on. When you see it for yourself- you have an AHA moment and it becomes clear how you can become much more efficient with your time. In this video I give you important things to think about before and after you go through this simple exercise. I promise you, it will be worth it!

As a thank you for watching my videos- I am giving you my Time Diary PDF for FREE! Click Here to get your own copy! It comes with a page of instructions too.

Please write to me and tell all of us how you feel after you complete this Time Diary and what you do with your extra time!

Please comment below this video and share your AHA moments with all of us. We want to hear how you found an extra hour in your day!

Make it a great week!
