How to negotiate confidently when your work changes

What do you do when the work you were hired to do suddenly has significant changes to it? It is tough to go back to your boss or client and ask for more money, isn't it? This short video applies to Entrepreneurs AND corporate employees because I share with you the biggest communication strategy to successfully negotiate as an expert with your client OR boss!

In this video I give you:

  • The exact script to say to a boss or vendor who changes the scope of the project you were hired to do and agreed to do.

  • A new, helpful perspective on why it is ok for you to confidently ask for more money or time when the project changes midstream

  • Insight into WHY you can confidently ask for more money from a client when the client changes the project scope

  • How you CAN communicate confidently with your boss about changing their expectations about a work project that is now different due to new deadlines, scope creep, etc

It can feel uncomfortable when you have to "go back" to a client or your boss with a request for more time or more money when the scope of a project changes. However, I give you a great perspective to change how you feel about those conversations.

I make it much easier, much less nerve wracking and much more likely that you WILL get more money and more respect from your boss and your vendor when you follow my advice:How to negotiate confidently when your work changes.
